Room in a Shared House, Pulleyns Avenue, E6

Hi everyone, I have a house with two furnished double bedrooms available to rent (the bed will be provided separately depending on your preference). The smaller bedroom is £600 and the bigger bedroom is £650 but both are good sized double rooms. The upstairs of the house consists of just these two bedroom rooms, with the bathroom, kitchen and separate dining area downstairs. The room I sleep in is also downstairs. Most of the house has been newly renovated. The kitchen and bathroom are 'functional' but not in the greatest condition so you would need to be OK with that. At some point in the future, the bathroom and kitchen will be done up. I am open to short-term and long-term let. If you were interested in continuing to stay during the renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, then the rent would be halved for the time period affected. When the renovations are complete, you would have a complete beautiful home to live in. 

Council tax and fibre optic broadband are included in the rent. Gas, electricity and water are split depending on how many housemates there are.

The area is a very quiet, residential area, but still well connected. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest shops including Tesco and a large park, less than 10 minutes walk to East Ham high street, and just over 15 minute walk to East Ham station. 

I am a working professional and work very long hours. I'm looking for quiet respectful people who have basic common sense and decency when living in shared accommodation (e.g clean up after themselves, don't play loud music late at night etc). 

Open to families, couples, students, DSS. No pets however.
