Room in a Shared House, Ray Walk, N7

I'm Sam, I'm currently one of four tenants in this 4 bedroom house on the Andover estate. One of the Tenants is moving out next month so we now have one room available. All bills and WIFI included. The house is in a gated community. It's a 5-minute walk from the nearest shops and a 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park station. I have a furnished, double bedroom to rent. The house has two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, the downstairs one being split into a shower room and a separate toilet (which both have just been renovated). A new kitchen has just been installed, brand new doors have been fitted throughout the house. Brand new windows and curtains have been fitted. The house has a ground floor patio area with a shed.
