The property also benefits from having a Gas Central Heating System, two shower rooms plus an additional w.c., one of which has just been refurbished, two kitchens (one with a dining area) the main kitchen has been recently refurbished to a nice standard furthermore there is a cleaner that visits once a week to clean the communal areas. Personal note, I have lived here for the last two years but reluctantly moving due to a planned travelling sting therefore I am seeking a replacement, the contract ends at the end of July 2025 when you can renew if required.
