Spacious double room with own ensuite. House only built 5 years ago with very modern decor. Room comes furnished with plenty of storage. Open plan living with a private garden. 6/7 minute walk to Colliers Wood underground station and very short walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and shops gyms.

Looking for a fun, yet relaxed person aged between 21-34, who likes to socialise but also chill. We take pride in where we live keeping the place clean and tidy and would expect the same.

We regularly go to the pub to socialise with our neighbours (who are our friends) and people in the area, also getting 20% local discount which is always a bonus.
We are masters at keeping running costs (utility bills etc.) as low as possible.
