The house has a nice vibe, is quiet, friendly and is a lovely home to come back to.!

Its also Victorian and is well-equipped and nicely furnished.

Central heating throughout, 3 private bedrooms, plus study, 1 bathroom upstairs (with bath, shower over bath and toilet) and a second toilet downstairs.

Your double bedroom overlooks back garden. it has built in open wardrobe with storage space and double bed , with storage underneath, comfortable mattress. It also has a large chest of drawers and desk.

Shared spaces in the house are:

-large fully equipped kitchen with dining area (within kitchen) and utility room with washing machine and second toilet.

-bathroom with bath, good mains pressure shower over bath and toilet.

-sunny south facing garden, full sun throughout the day (when sun is out of course).

Sharing with landlord and 1 other.

There is no additional storage in the house.

The house is close to Tottenham Hale transport hub, Tottenham Marshes, the river lea and lea canal, The Wetlands, great nature places to explore on foot or cycling!

Approx 7 minutes walk to Tottenham hale:
-underground (victoria line) with 24 hour operation on weekends and overground, with trains direct to Stanstead airport and london liverpool street, Stratford and the City.
-Tottenham hale bus station, with buses to Central, North and East London.
