Room in a Shared House, Stock Street, E13

Hello, looking for a housemate or housemates (couples are welcome) to move into this house in zone 3, to move in in January or February but can be flexible with dates.
The house is well located for travel around London and near the A12 for driving in and out of the city. Its a 5 min walk to Plaistow tube which is on the Hammersmith and City line and the District line! It's 4 stops from Mile End and 2 from Stratford, with the Jubilee line 1 stop away and the Elizabeth line 2 stops.

The rent would be 950 for one person or 1150 for a couple and bills would be approx 200/month for an individual, but more like £140 each for a couple.
The contract is for 1 year with renewal at 10 months for another year.
There are recently restored original wood floors throughout, and a garden with some benches and a BBQ, plus we are 2 minutes from the Greenway that takes you straight to Victoria Park in 15 mins on a bike :)
There are residents parking permits available!
