We are two young professionals looking for two other professionals to join us in this beautiful detached townhouse in Streatham to share. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and an open plan kitchen and dinning room. 

The house has all modern conveniences including, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, soft-water and super fast broadband. There are three bathrooms (shower + toilet) and a separate toilet on the ground floor. So no queues for the bathrooms.

Looking for professionals who like to live in a high standard accommodation and remain close to London. Streatham, Streatham Hill and Streatham Common are all walking distance (5,10,15 min respectively). There is a bus that takes you to Tooting Bec Underground station in under 5 min and another to Brixton in 12 min.

Electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax is £150 per person per person on average.
