Move in date is flexible—a few days before/after the 14th of March works with me. The room is available for 6 months, until the end of the house’s lease on 13th September.

The house has a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with two fridges and washing machine, two bathrooms (each with a shower), and a sweet outdoor space out the back. The bedroom is fully furnished, complete with a good-sized desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The house is located a ten minute walk from Queen’s Park tube station, and has great charity shops, cafés, and canal walks just around the corner! It’s shared with four lovely, clean, and responsible Irish people in their 20s who love music, chatting over dinner, and going out for a few pints at the weekend.

Rent is £740 a month excluding bills, which usually come to around £50 a month.
