About Us
We’re a friendly and sociable gay couple in our 30s who work full-time (one mostly in the office, the other from home). We enjoy house music, gym sessions, and quiet nights catching up on shows like Below Deck. We’re also planning to welcome a puppy into our home soon — so it’s important that you’re comfortable around dogs and happy to share your space with one.

- Local amenities: Supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, M&S, LIDL, Aldi), gyms, and Charlton Lido with a heated outdoor pool are all within walking distance.
- Nearby attractions: Greenwich Park, Blackheath Farmers’ Market, the Cutty Sark, and Uber Boat services into Central London are a short trip away.
Rent & Terms
£800 per month (bills included): Covers council tax, utilities, broadband, and TV license.
£500 deposit: Becomes your damage deposit upon moving in.
About You
We’re looking for a friendly, sociable, clean, and tidy professional who works full-time. Being comfortable with dogs is a must, as our puppy will be part of the household.
We’re open to other professionals who are social and fine with a bit of house music on the weekends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples or other pets.
