Room in a Shared House, Tynemouth Road, N15

We are a household of three women, looking for a fourth person to complete our friendly home. The move in date is flexible, can be between November 15th and December 7th.

The room comes with a double bed frame, mattress and wardrobe. The house has a living room with sofas, TV and a dinner table, large modern kitchen, a bathroom with bath & shower, and TWO toilets :)
Bills come to approximately £100/month including council tax. All names are listed on the contract and deposits are put into a deposit protection scheme.

We are a calm, creative household who love cooking and being outdoors :) not a party house!
Looking for someone tidy and conscious who would like to enjoy the house as a home with us.

Transport: we are located in short walking distance from Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria line, Stanstead Express, National Rail to Liverpool Street & Stratford in 10 minutes), Seven Sisters (Victoria line & Overground), South Tottenham (Overground), buses down to Dalston etc
GREAT cycling routes incl the Cycle Superhighway and canal down to Clapton, Hackney, Stratford, Mile End etc
