Furnished double bedroom located in the heart of Hornchurch. 

The room itself is quite spacious with not only the double size bed but also two wardrobes, a desk and even a swivel chair. It is south facing hence its nice lighting and double blinds. Wifi is also included. 

There is access to the bus towards both Romford and Elm Park station. Harrow lodge park is also a 5 minute walk from the house and it is in the centre of Hornchurch so LIDL, Sainsbury's and other amenities are available nearby. 

The house is shared with other tenants so we do look for professional or long-term students. Both the bathroom and kitchn have just been renovated summer '24 so everything is very clean and tidy. The modern kitchen design has a hob, oven, microwavee, washing machine and drier for communal use.
