Room in a Shared House, Villiers Road, NW2

We have a lovely garden-facing, double room in a big, comfortable, modern family home in North West London.

The house is bright, spacious and, fully refurbished in the last 4 years. There are three bathrooms, a large open-plan living room, fully-equipped kitchen and a beautifully maintained back garden including patio/ bbq area, pond, and vegetable garden.

We're right on the border of zones 2 and 3 - Willesden Green and Dollis Hill stations are both a short walk away, and there are great bus connections. Kensal Rise (Overground) is a short bus ride away - also great for pubs and restaurants.

The area is great for local cafes and green grocers and near to Willesden Sports Centre and other gyms. Gladstone park is also within walking distance of the house, great for runs and picnics in the summer.

We're a young family, with a 7 month old baby (cute and quiet) and we’re looking for a considerate person who will treat the house like a home and is easy to get along with. You'll be sharing the house with a lovely family. Everyone in the house is easy going, warm, clean and friendly (including baby).

We would love to have someone who will be a good fit in the house.

Bills are not included but are consistent every month.
