This is a lovely large, garden-facing, double room in a big, comfortable, modern stylish home in North West London.

It’s a bright, spacious and modern home, fully refurbished in the last 4 years. There are three bathrooms, a large open-plan living room, fully-equipped kitchen and a beautifully maintained big back garden including patio area, pond, and vegetable garden.

We're right on the border of zones 2 and 3 - Willesden Green and Dollis Hill stations both a short walk away, and there are great bus connections. A short bus ride to Kensal rise, great for pubs and restaurants. Great for local cafes and greengrocers for cheap fresh fruit and veg. Near to Willesden Sports Centre and other gyms. Gladstone park is also within walking distance of the house, great for runs and picnics on a sunny day.

We’re looking for a female professional who will treat the house like a home and who is easy to get along with. You'll be sharing the house with 5 people but it's a huge space so is never a problem and they are warm, clean and friendly people. Most of the housemates have lived there for at least two years, some more than four, and we would love to have someone who will look after it and be a good fit in the house.

We have a gardener (fee included in rent) and a cleaner (fee not included). Bills are not included but are consistent every month. If interested please contact Sarran.
