You’d be living with three girls, we’re all pretty chill, work professionally, hang out sometimes etc etc. All the rooms are really large, with plenty of storage within and around the house, rare and stunning feature.

The house is situated in a peaceful, green, residential area in North Tottenham with great travel links from White Hart Lane Overground Station, Turnpike Lane and Wood Green Tube Stations as well as multiple busses stretching across North and East London.

The house is homely and well-furnished. It boasts a large living/dining area, kitchen with lots of cupboards and heated floor, a utility room with even more storage and a washer/dryer with enough storage for many (very many) bikes/motorcycles. On top of that, 3 bathrooms! It also has a huge garden with decking and a bbq, as well as multiple fruit trees (fig, apple, blackberrys) and a koi pond with a bench for sitting built over it.

WFH welcome, there’s space for it. Just be mindful.

Landlord is super responsive and have built a great relationship with them over the years. Repairs always prompt, but most fittings are new and the house hasn’t needed much done at all!
