Rent £688.00, bills are roughly £100.00.
£200 one off payment for a 1/5 share of all communal furniture, bed frame and mattress.
The deposit is £784.60 (which is held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
You'll be living with 4 other young people in the house (4 rooms are in the house and another room is an annex located in the garden).
The house is a 5 minute walk from Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line), which gets you into Paddington within 10 minutes, it takes about 20 minutes to get into central London.

The room will be let out, subject to a reference check from the landlady.
