The area is quiet as the flat is on a cul-de-sac road, where the only traffic is the neighbours, and behind the estate there is a park, with a grass field where you can play football and a concrete basketball court. The park is also ideal for morning/evening runs and walks. 

The block itself is surrounded by a communal open garden area. 
The main window of the studio looks at this garden.

Modern kitchen, with built in washing machine, Bosch oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. 
It is filled with kitchen appliances, like cutleries, plates and glasses. 

There is an electric shower in the bathroom and a practical built in cupboard to hide all your items and keep the bathroom look minimalist. 

The living area which is also fully furnished as seen on the pictures, comes with a smart Samsung TV which can be rotated (depending on where you wish to watch it from)  

I would say the flat is ideal for a professional couple with minimalist lifestyle or a single person with a high paid job.
All you have to do is move in with your luggage, as everything else is provided! 

Extra info, the flat is on the 1st floor (there are 2 floors in the building,  plus the ground floor, 4 flats on each floor) 
As per my knowledge most neighbours live alone, hence very quiet neighbourhood. 

Closest stations:
Wood Green - Piccadilly line - 20 mins walk (or a bus ride away W3) - bus stop is 3 minutes from the flat. 
Palmers Green - Train station - 20 mins walk 

Post office: 2 post offices around 10 mins walk away 
Few small independent shops 5 minutes away, big supermarkets in Wood Green (which also has a shopping mall) and Palmers Green

Alexandra Palace is 30 mins walk, for the best views for London, and where concerts and events are held. 

Location is most ideal if you drive or cycle; but everything is reachable by bus and underground too.
