 The Studio is an out house within a large family house , secure and with a separate access. This is a newly built studio flat with the advantage of a car parking space. Ideal for visiting London. Located in zone 2 of london and only 10 min drive to Notting Hill Gate.

The Access to the Studio is through a private gated driveway. Guests, whether by car or on foot would have security access to the Studio and can also use the private front courtyard at the entrance.

The Studio although separate is also within the grounds of the main house. We are a family of 5 with young children and we would require consideration for noise especially late at night. Parties are not permitted.
Manor House Dr is 7 minutes walk to fashionable Queens Park of London. Queens park ( Bakerloo Line) is a 10 minutes tube ride away from Central London ( Oxford Circus ).
Whether you drive or use public transport , traveling from your stay is simple. There are many buses available only 2 min walk from the Studio or 10 minutes walk to Queens Park Tube station ( Bakerloo Line ) or Kilburn ( Jubilee Line ). Any location to central London is only a few minutes away on the tube.
