Modern studio at student accommodation

Looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Host View Studios, which is a student accommodation just 15 min walk away from Tower Bridge. It’s a modern, fully furnished space with a private kitchen and bathroom, plus plenty of storage. The room also comes with a TV that has Netflix and YouTube access.

All bills are included (fast WiFi, electricity, heating, water), so no extra costs to worry about. There’s also a gym in the building, and great communal areas on the ground and fourth floors, which you can book for free to have a whole place to yourself to hang out with friends or study.

The location is super convenient – Sainsbury’s is a minute away, a bus stop with direct routes to Covent Garden and Shoreditch is three minutes away, and Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line) is a 14 mins walk. Tower Bridge is just a 15 mins walk too giving you the quick access to all the benefits of central London.

I’ve really enjoyed living here for most of my undergraduate studies, but I’m looking to move out for personal reasons in mid-April. Current tenancy runs until 6th September 2025, but you can renew it for the next academic year if you want to stay longer.
