Description
Designed for short to medium lets, fully fitted with bedding, cookware, towels, etc available July 20th.
A perfectly located studio in the thick of Dalston - walking distance to several overground stations as well as London Fields, Victoria Park, Broadway Market, and all of the East London must-do's. This is ideal for someone coming through London for a minimum of 90 nights. This apartment contains absolutely everything like bedding, towels, pots and pans, etc and is move-in ready. Suited to someone who is coming to London for a semester or a set period of time so that you don't have to buy a load of stuff to throw away. Long lets available for those who do not have any of these soft furnishings themselves.
Even though there is so much going on around you, this flat is very quiet and homely. It sits at the back of the building and overlooks greenery, there is no road and zero traffic noise. The studio itself is modern and only 6 years old, with high end fixtures and fittings, with a floor to ceiling wardrobe with bi-folding doors. The bathroom is very spacious and there is also a skylight above the bed. I have laid down in the bed a few times and have not found the ceiling overbearing, but this won't be for everyone. For the size of the studio, there is a lot of storage.
The studio will come furnished with bedding, towels, a duvet, plates, cups, and everything you need to cook a meal. Bills will remain in my name and will be rechargeable retrospectively - this is all bills including council tax, fibre broadband, gas, electric, and water. This will come to around £250/month in winter but likely less, especially in summer. Please note that unfortunately fiber broadband isn't available at the building yet, so broadband is standard speed.
For sake of ease, the apartment is £71/night plus bills, as well as a five week holding deposit to be repaid in full upon leaving.
