The rent includes council tax and water and you will only need to pay for electricity, internet and TV licence if you require one.
The sharing bathroom will be cleaned every 2 weeks by a cleaner which is included in the price, you will also need to maintain it clean and organised. please note that the cleaner will not be cleaning your private flat unless you choose to pay for it.
The flat is suitable for a single occupant without pets and none smoker. (Visitors are of course allowed)
We are looking for a respectful, full time employed professional that is looking for a place to call home, we are not a rich property owners so we need someone to look after the flat as if it was yours.
You will have access to the little garden at the entrance of the house. Plenty of parking available on the street and you will pay to the council if you require a permit.
