Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey opened in 2020 in a lovingly restored Edwardian factory close to the River Thames, in the heart of London. The Italian Building is formed of 28 private studios complete with everything you need, with communal areas to get together, eat, work and relax.

Our private studios are complete with luxury beds, fully equipped kitchens, Smart TV and superfast wifi, as well as en-suite bathrooms with waterfall showers and organic sustainably sourced products. There's also a large shared outdoor terrace too.

Everything is included in one monthly bill, including all utilities, weekly housekeeping and monthly events. Our contracts are flexible with no long term commitments. You can sign up for 3 or 6 months and then extend later if you wish.
