New carpet was laid about a year ago and the flat has been kept in very good condition. 

The building benefits from communal cleaning twice a month. This flat is owned by private landlords who manage the flat and maintenance personally.

Well behaved cats would be considered, but no dogs.

Just three minutes walk from Portobello Road, which is full of great pubs, coffee shops, independent restaurants and of course, the iconic Portobello market. 

The flat is in a fantastic part of London – Hyde Park is walking distance, as is Kensington where you can find the high street for shopping, plenty more restaurants and cafes, as well as the Royal Albert Hall, the V&A Museum, the Natural History Museum and so much more. 

It is also very easy to access all the major airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted) and train stations - Paddington is a 20 minute walk (or two tube stops), Victoria is four stops away, Kings Cross is seven stops away, and Liverpool Street is 11 stops away!
