The room that is available is on the 1st floor to the front of the property so is very quiet. It's bright and recently refurbished to a high standard and includes laminate flooring, great study space, large mirrored wardrobe (with loads of storage space) and white decoration. Comes with bed, memory foam mattress with headboard, bedside table and chair.

You will share a bathroom with ONE other person only and there are all mod cons in the kitchen including washing machine, microwave, lots of cupboard space, etc.

Ground floor has a large utility room which accommodates bikes, clothes dryers, study area, etc. It's a very handy space.

All rooms are let on a single person occupancy only basis so you'll only be sharing with 3 other housemates. 

Small, very manageable private south facing garden to the rear of the property.

Current housemates are quiet and considerate so we're looking for a clean and sociable person who wants the same. This is a good thing :-)
