A space for SINGLE FEMALE PREFERED for DOUBLE ROOM occupancy, to share a peaceful home with one other calm, quiet female.

Rent is £600pcm, (deposit £500 refunded after moving out), Bills included are reasonable use of Electric, Water & Gas, Wi-Fi, TV Licence, included. REFERENCES are required.

Flexible arrangements for - Mon-Fri Let or 5 days out of 7 days.

Slight rent adjustments can be made for 4 days out of 7 days.

Double size room, in a 1930's style, three-bedroom terrace house. The room must be viewed, to be fully appreciated.
Room benefits from Solid wood frame double bed, refurnished fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table, Comfy soft chair, TV with HDR FreeSat box (with Netflix optional extra cost).

**Bedding such as Duvet, Pillows, Bed Sheets, Pillow cases & Towels are not provided unless requested**
Room Services of supplying Bedding, Towels, Laundry & cleaning services can be accommodated at £60 extra a week, based on 3 x 6kg washing machine load.

Sharing a bathroom with myself, with bath and mains gas heated water for shower or bath. It's cleaned daily!
Kitchen has a large family size, fridge freezer, shared use of washing machine, and fitted storage cupboards for food storage etc.

Gas central heating and double-glazed windows throughout.

There is an exceptionally large, private garden in the rear, with outdoor seated space.

About me as a Housemate: I work part time from home, writing wellbeing workshops and I enjoy my peace and quiet throughout the day. It’s a reflective and replenishing space, not a party house or busy with lots of people coming and going.

I meet up outdoors with friends for coffee, engaging creative activities, walking in Nature and Forest Bathing around Bedfordshire. I explore creating art, poetry, music and sounds for relaxation.

I keep the shared spaces cleaned daily and kept tidy for shared use. There is no magic cleaning fairy! I would expect a house guest to be respectful and keep areas clean after they have used the shared spaces too.
