We are looking for someone to rent our one bed studio flat which is attached to our house (but with its own separate front door). It is a newly done up flat which has a large living area with an attached bathroom and kitchen. It is up a flight of stairs and it has an entrance room with seating and additional storage. It is fully furnished and cosy. It has windows which look over a large charming garden.

We are open to Monday to Friday or full time rentals or longer term or short term rentals. We are open to discussion about pets also.

We would definitely be interested in people who might like to do some paid dog sitting on occasion or gardening or housesitting.

The flat is suited to an individual or a couple. It would not be suitable for a family.

Amenities include: Tennis court, large garden, outdoor seating, off street parking. We do have a swimming pool which could be used with separate negotiation in regards to contribution to running costs.

It is a charming home for someone looking for peace and quiet with lots of lovely local walks on your doorstep.

The flat is attached to our property but it is self-contained with its own front door. As it is likely we will see each other it is important to us that we would get along and thus we would be keen to meet any candidates before agreeing to anything. Our family is myself, my husband and daughter and our two dogs ( very friendly).
