Currently looking for a tenant or tenants for my 2 bedroom house in Macclesfield which is very close to Macc train station (9 min walk according to google).

The house would be perfect for professional friends or a couple, or a single tenant wanting to use the 2nd bedroom as an office. It has a cosy ‘cottage’ feel. There is permit parking on the street. The street is a nice quiet street, and the town centre is very easy to access.

The front door opens into a cosy living room with a gas fire, then through to the dining room. Both areas are fitted with a cream wool carpet which is only a year old but will be professionally cleaned in preparation for the new tenant(s). 

The kitchen is fitted with all white goods - a hob/oven and in the utility area there's a large fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility area. 

Outside there is a small garden with some planting and some seating. 

In the dining room there are large storage cupboards under the stairs and a staircase to the first floor. 

Upstairs there is a larger double bedroom with a small built in desk / dressing table. The second double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe. There is some basic furniture throughout the house (as seen in the pictures) which can be removed or left as the tenants wish - this can be discussed at the viewing! The bathroom has a shower over a bath, sink and a toilet - as you'd hope! 

Deposit is equal to one month's rent. We will be going through a referencing process. Pets allowed within reason - please specify in your message what you have. Please don't attempt to put down a holding deposit until you've had a viewing.
