Conveniently located with Tesco Express a minute away, a 30-minute walk to the town centre, and just 2 minutes from the nearest train station. Move in available now and flexible for move-out. Contract can be extended longer if all goes well in first 2 months. House include shared living spaces, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and shared garden. Although there is a drive driveway parking isn’t included as I own a caravan which takes up a large amount of room and I don’t want the risk of it being hit, there is plenty of street parking opposite the house or when we sell the caravan 1 space.
