This is a 2nd floor one bedroom flat in a small block situated close the the heart of Maidstone with good transport links and comes with parking for one vehicle.  It is in good condition & will probably be available from the second week of December and we are ideally looking for a long term single tenant rather than a couple, but may be flexible on this for the right tenants.
