The Garden Studio is ideal for those wanting to be near the town centre, hospital or indeed either Barming, Maidstone East or West stations. We have electric roller shutters on our windows and this blocks all the light and sound out so you can have a great sleep either during the day or night.

It has its own private garden and you can open the door directly from the studio into the garden.

The nearest bus stop to the property is Oakwood Park Stop situated around the corner (a 3 minute walk) and the number 7 bus will take you out of Maidstone, through Tonbridge and Southborough to Royal Tunbridge Wells, all for £2 this year. On the opposite side of the road the bus will take you down the hill into Maidstone town which is just over a mile away, the bus goes past Maidstone West train station.

We are a mile away from Maidstone Hospital and there is also a bus that runs there however, it is only a 15 minute walk.

The studio has just been completely redecorated to a high standard and we have a small equipped kitchen and cooking utensils.  

The Garden Studio benefits from fast WiFi (100 mb super fast fibre broadband).

The studio has a two-burner gas hob, oven, small fridge, kettle, toasted sandwich maker and an iron and ironing board. We have one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine with a drying rack provided for clothing and wardrobe.
