Baytree Cottage is in a lovely quiet location nestled into the side of the Malvern Hills. Enjoy games in front of the log burner or just curl up on the sofa to a Netflix film or anything else the a smart TV has to offer.
Tastefully decorated and fully equipped for cooking with a kitchen dining area.
Upstairs:
Up the stairs to the main bedroom, it has a king size bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobes.
Along the hall to the main bathroom which has a roll top bath and a separate shower.
There is also a nice office upstairs with large desk and comfy chair that we could potentially make available for a small amount more.
Both these rooms have far reaching wonderful views as far as the Cotswolds on a clear day.
Downstairs:
There’s a second bedroom downstairs where French doors open out to the garden and an ensuite leads off.
An electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the glassware, crockery, pots, pans and tableware you will need, along with a dining table to seat four. There's also a washing machine, clothes horse, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a downstairs loo.
The garden:
A newly constructed glass sun room - relax, listen to some music and connect with nature, take breakfast or just chill with a book in this light, airy and leafy haven.
The enclosed garden sees the sunrise, it has a sunshade, with table and chairs. There’s a BBQ in the garden for an alfresco evening beer and burger. They supply the charcoal but sadly not the beer!
There is also a washing line, many birds to enjoy, night time dark skies, and owls and muntjac to keep an ear out for.
Entry is through the kitchen on the lower ground level through the garden.
The Area:
Great Malvern town centre 10 minute drive away with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and the famous Malvern theatre.
Historic Ledbury is a 10 minute car journey.
Parking:
There is free roadside parking opposite or just up from the house.
