- Strictly NO illegal substances at the property
- Please be respectful of the quiet hours. NO loud noise between 11pm and 7am
- Strictly NO more than 4 guests are allowed to sleep at the property
- NO additional guests to be at property apart from those booked for.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit is required prior to check-in (£250). This is solely to ensure a smooth and hassle free experience for the host and the guest. If not provided, check-in will not be possible. Deposits are only held for the duration of the stay and refunded within 3-5 working days.
Please be aware that it is essential to comply with the rules and regulations outlined during your stay. Failure to do so will lead to the full deduction from your security deposit. We kindly request your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these terms and conditions.
The replacement cost for lost keys is £250.
