Transport links to the city centre is by a 5 minute walk to the metro station.  The city is also reachable by a 2.0 mile cycle route that goes right into the city centre.

The apartment can sleep up to 6 people, and comes with a WIFI controlled heating system, and a keyless fingerprint entry system.

There is full kitchen facilities including hob, microwave and fridge-freezer as well.  The lounge area has a number of furniture units including a bed settee for the occasional stop over of friends

The is a new Washer/Dryer housed in a separate cupboard in the hallway for noise reduction.

The development is with a private gated area, with one dedicated parking space.  The apartments parking space is a short walking distance to the front entrance, which is helpful when returning back with groceries,  There is also additional parking for guests on a ad-hoc basis.
