Hello, I am looking for any student that would like to stay in this accommodation from January till September ( you can continue there for more if you agree with accomodation to extend your stay ) in Manchester as I am leaving the city, the student can be from any university, it is near UOM and MMU only 15/10 minutes by bus, and there is a near Bus and accomodation. 

The room is a en-suite with their own bathroom that has a good space, a shared kitchen with tv, a study room, cinema room and a living room for all students, there are also some events that reunite every students and keep up with them, and with the reception being open from Monday to Friday. The accomodation is also equipped with cameras to oversee student security. The available price is 169 pounds per week, in which you will start paying only by January till August , which seems to be great, near are many restaurants and is just 10/15 minutes from both universities with bus.
