I’ve loved living in this flat for over a year, but I’m sadly relocating and looking for someone to take over my room.

About the Flat:
This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in the heart of Ancoats, one of Manchester’s most vibrant and desirable areas. The flat is unfurnished, but my flatmate Kristina has beautifully designed the space, and you’re welcome to add your personal touch! The available room is an ensuite with a spacious bathroom inside the room and plenty of space. There is also a railing for clothes. The building also offers great amenities, including a gym and a shared social area downstairs.

 Bills are roughly around £150 per month, excluding council tax. Council Tax band C.

About Your Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the flat with Kristina, a product manager who works from home. She is clean and respectful, with a great sense of humour and a passion for creating a welcoming home environment. Kristina loves to keep the space tidy and inviting, so it would be great to find someone who values a similar living vibe. If you get a chance to chat with her, you’ll discover she has some incredible stories!

The contract is ending at the end of September (1st Jan 2024 – 30th Sep 2025) and after that Kristina will be taking over the sole tenancy. The contract starts on 1st of Jan, but earlier move in can be considered.
