Room in a Shared House, Blair Road, M16

My name is Carla and I live in a beautiful large flat in Chorlton / Whalleyrange area. 

I have a large double bedroom available in the beautiful refurbished cellar, which has a window to look outside the street and a bathroom next to the bedroom. The flat has a car drive and a large garden where bikes can be locked. I share the flat with lodger Elisabeta, who sleeps is a small room also in the cellar. We have TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 

There are supermarkets, shops, bars, coffee shops and other facilities in Chorlton, which is 2 minutes drive and less than 5 minutes cycling. Bus 85 is at the end of the street and runs every 10 minutes between the centre of Chorlton and Manchester City centre. The tram is 15 minutes walk away and connects directly with Manchester airport and the city centre.

We are looking to live with another professional person, who ideally works Monday to Friday 9-5pm in their work place, as I work in the back room as a therapist these times. Elisabeta also works as a therapist in a studio in Manchester, so our working times are perfect.

I have a quiet cat, so we can't have other pets, and we can't accept couples no smokers either, but we are really looking forward to find a person that is professional, nice, clean and respectful as we are.
