A single professional or post graduate student is required as a lodger in a private residence. Our existing cinema and guest bedroom are available for a responsible considerate individual.

As a lodger, you would in essence have your own private rooms, including a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, electric double shower and lounge cinema room with kitchen units, which even includes your own washing machine, electric water tap, fridge, comfy bean bag chairs (not shown), electric hob/oven. The rent would INCLUDE your water, gas and council tax but would require a commensurate share of your electric/heating bill. 

These family basement guest/cinema rooms have fantastic high speed 250-300 Mbps fibre internet included and its own private entrance so you never need to bump into anyone unless you want to.
