I HAVE A DOG. If you are scared of dogs, and do not know anything about dogs, please do not send me a text. I cannot compromise on my dog for anyone and the door needs to open constantly for the dog to go out at any time. Sorry!
Blackout blind to sleep during the day if you are not working, furnished (a DOUBLE bed- storage CUPBOARDS or a single bed small but cosy). TV is optional as I am fixing it but can have only Netflix at the moment (free of charge).
We are 2 ladies living already living here. So, we prefer another lady or mother with a child or a couple even they have a child but the child needs to be older enough to climb the stairs safely, more than 5 years old and not scared of dogs. I cannot supervise your child for you.

However, there is a friendly dog. Do not be scared it is the most lovely dog ever. The only thing is to keep the gate locked and the kitchen door open if you are in the house. So the dog can go out anytime she wants without disturbing you.
Do not let the dog comes in your bedroom as I am not going responsible for the dog poo and wee in your bedroom. So and if you do not like the cold, please do not bother yourself because, the door will be open for the dog to be free to go out. We do not put heating in all day. If you put the heating on all day, you would have to pay for it. It is the most costly bill ever about £300 a month. A heater would be provided to you in your room. Do not leave it on at night time and when you go out switch it off, for everyone safety.
You can come also with your own electrical heater to heat your room especially if you come late but put it off before sleeping to avoid any fire. Do not leave the heater on all day and night. Very dangerous
Again, the heating cannot be put in 24h. The cost is too high (more than £300 a month) If you want to have it in 24h, I will put extra £150 on top of your bill.
We have a cleaning rota which is one week for each adult in the house and everyone is in charge of putting the bin out and cleaning the kitchen and the bathroom. Very important. If you do not to clean, do not come. I do not care if you have time or not. You clean where you live. We are not your maid.
Switch off the cooker, bathroom, corridor lights if you do not use them. I am looking for someone very sensible, respectful and discret. Once a week, you can use the washing machine. However, you need to buy your own detergent.
Bathroom tub needs to be cleaned after each usage. Very important and throughout once a week buy the person in charge that week. Tou can do it any day you want but need to be done. We are flexible on all that. Just talk to me.
Every month and when you pay your rent, you need to buy:
—-a small washing up liquid
—minimum of 4 rolls of toilet papers
— one box of washing capsules ( do not put powder in the machine)
—one cleaning product for the bathroom.
I buy one and you buy one and we put it in the bathroom for everyone to use including the toilet paper and the washing up liquid. Just to avoid confusion.
Feel free to talk to me. Everyone is welcome as long as they respecting my house and the rules of the house. As the kitchen is very small, you can only have a small cupboard to put your stuff in. You have also a small fridge to keep your food fresh. You can share all the ustensiles in the kitchen including free tea, coffee and biscuits or cake if there is any. If you are a coffee drinker, you need to bring your own things.
The rent is £590 but needs to add charges (150 per person) - price negotiable but not insulting.
You can come and eat in the living room if you wish as it is a communal place or eat in your room.
If you have a car, at the back of the house is a free parking bay which also the entrance of the house.
I am looking for a professional or student, an active person.and a mature adult.
You can rent for 2 months minimum but I am very flexible as long as you are honest.
Close to Piccadilly on foot and have good transport link and corner shops, also. Safe place.
No time waster and do not ask me to get rid of my dog.
