For commuters the flat is conveniently situated on the Canterbury Road thus allowing easy access to the road network; the station is a couple of minutes walk and the bus stop is outside the gates. London is only 75 minutes away by train!

With its oak flooring throughout the flat and two double bedrooms this apartment would particularly suit professional sharers or a couple who require a study. The flat is not suitable for young children as it is up steepish internal stairs.

The Royal SeaBathing is a very civilised place to live and we thus regret that we cannot accept anyone who may want a more 'lively' atmosphere!
