From the lounge window if you look In one direction you see the harbour and The Turner Contemporary and in the other the golden sands. If you step back from the window and look out, all you can see is the sea, it's like being on a boat. Watching the sun sink into the sea at dusk is fantastic, the flat is filled with  a pink/orange glow.    

Margate is a short stroll along the promenade and has some great bars, restaurants and cafés and funky independent shops. Turner Gallery and Dreamland and the train station ,  are all within walking distance.  

Margate is a very cool place to live, and Westbrook is a nice part of Margate. 

Train station is 10 minutes walk away.

Parking on all the surrounding roads are free.  

The apartment is smoke free as is the communal hallways and garden.
