You will be sharing with owner who is a professional lady who is away most of the time so you will be mostly living in this fabulous space on your own.  

It is second floor with lift and security control entry system - so very safe.  Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are all within touching distance of the flat and the wonderful town of Market Harborough and all its eating establishments and independent shops within a 5 minute walk.  

The train station with direct line down to London St Pancras (and also access to London Luton Airport) and north to Leicester, Nottingham is a few steps from the back of the block of flats.  Motorway links are already from here via A14. 

Fast internet and central heating - dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all available as well as an excellently stocked kitchen with everything you could need.  

This is a home and would suit someone who wants to feel comfortable and safe with all the convenience of a small market town on the doorstep.  There is also a cleaner once a month.  Would prefer a lady but am open to a gentleman too. Bills negotiable
