The cottage is in good order throughout with access to a large, semi private garden and offers parking for one car in a carport.

Downstairs offers an open plan sitting/dining and kitchen area with plenty of storage.
Upstairs finds the large double bedroom with ample fitted storage, a Juliet balcony and large window giving countryside views over to Martin Down.  The bathroom is spacious with fitted cupboards and bath with overhead shower and access to the loft.  We can also offer access to Sky TV, with Sky Cinema and Sky Sports to be included.

All bills included except electricity which is billed monthly direct through accurate meter readings, heating and hot water are provided via a heat source pump and therefore offers very economical electricity.

Well behaved dog very welcome.  The garden is attached to the main cottage but is semi private.

The cottage sits in a small but active village, with a local club, a lovely shop with some limited opening hours. Several excellent pubs can be found within approximately 4 miles.  Fordingbridge is within 7 miles which offers all necessary for day to day living.  Salisbury is 11 miles and an easy drive along the A354.  Walking over Martin Down is within a short walk along a quiet country lane,  The Down is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We are  happy to offer the cottage at a reduced minimum two month let at an agreed rental fee.
