Large single room, this is a sunny and light, newly decorated room, in a quiet leafy road in Meltham.  This has views across the moors from the windows and is only a couple of minutes from many lovely walks.

This is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Meltham with a variety of shops and large supermarket Morrisons. The bus can be taken from there and is 20 mins to Huddersfield.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and garden. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Rental includes all bills, room cleaning, bedlinen change, clean towels and bed linen. This house is well managed by the resident landlord. 

On street parking is available outside the house.

Smoking is in the garden only.
