*Some of the bills (Gas/Electricity/Water) will be calculated each month using a smart meter and so the actual cost of the bills will naturally vary month-month based on usage. I use Octopus Energy and Northumbrian Water at present. Typically the gas/elec/water cost is ~£100-150 per month total when 3 people are living there, varying seasonally and depending on usage. All other bills (eg wifi and digital services etc) are fixed and so will not change over the course of your tenancy. At the end of each month, I will calculate any amount above or below the monthly rental price specifically to account for any fluctuations in the gas/elec/water charges and then either reimburse you if over, or ask for an additional payment if under. The reality of this is that it is likely to be not more than a few GBP either way each month. All this information, including the actual bills and calculations, will be completely accessible to you in your dedicated Notion webpage so you know exactly how much you are using and what you paying for.
