A cleaner is provided, once a week, to clean the shared areas in the house, but all occupants must keep their room, shared areas and garden  clean and tidy at all times..

The house is shared with friendly, relaxed, clean and tidy, working, professional people. They are respectful if you do not wish to socialize and prefer your own space.

This is a non-smoking house with only outside smoking, please and no pets allowed (sorry!).

It is suitable for a single working professional who is clean, tidy and respectful of the other occupants. 

The property is a short walking distance to Central Milton Keynes, Theatre District, Escape, The Hub and Train Station. It is in close proximity to local shops, bus routes, M1 and A5.

Rent is £750 a month for a single person and references and deposits are required.
