Room in a Shared House, Landsborough Gate, MK15

Large double room (5m by 4.5m) available in great house share in Willen, 3 minutes from j14 on m1. The house is large open plan with lots of space to be alone or to socialise.

It is usual for people to be in the large kitchen diner either cooking, eating, clearing up or just chilling out after work in the evenings. 

We try to eat together maybe once a month, celebrate birthdays or whatever depending on who initiates a gathering.

The contract is for one month’s notice on either side and the deposit is returned on leaving. 

There are up to four people sharing the bathroom and so each takes a turn to clean it once in four weeks. Otherwise cleaning is shared and everyone cleans up after themselves. 

Well located near Willen lake and 3 minutes to local Sainsbury’s, pub and takeaway.
