Rent 850 for without balcony room
2 weeks deposit
Only Wifi and Council Tax included in bills other bills will equally divide into all tenants
This is well commuted area and neat and clean environment so the tenant must be nice and tidy person
 Bath and Kitchen is in sharing as this is a shared house
