I have a double room with recently refurbished private bathroom available from 4th Jan 25, on its own floor of the house. Built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. I live in the property with my cat. Shared kitchen area and garden/summerhouse. Possible shared living area but can discuss and dependant on the right person. Close to both Mitcham Junction and Hackbridge train stations as well as good bus links. Most bills included but can discuss further if interested. Parking space available outside property.
