I have a bright and cozy double room available for rent in a lovely 3-bedroom semi-detached house located on a quiet residential road in Colliers Wood. The room is perfect for a single female tenant and ideal for someone who doesn't work from home.

About the House:
The house backs directly onto Lavender Park, offering stunning green views from the room – a truly peaceful and beautiful setting.
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Downstairs includes a separate toilet, a spacious living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, tea machine, air fryer, slow cooker, and more.

Who You’ll Be Living With:
You’ll be sharing the home with me (the live-in landlady) and my lovely 8-year-old daughter. She's very well-behaved and is out most of the day at school, Smart Club, and other activities. I work from home, so I’m looking for someone who works outside of the home.

What I'm Looking For:
This is a female-only rental. I’m looking for someone kind, respectful, and tidy – ideally someone who’s looking for a comfortable, long-term home.
We’ll start with a 6-month minimum contract, and if it’s a good fit for both of us, we can look at extending the stay.
