Room in a Shared Flat, Sparta Court, LS27

A double room for rent in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I own the flat and live in it and thought why not rent out the extra bedroom since I don’t use it. 

The bedroom currently has a small double bed and a wardrobe. I’m happy to arrange for other bedroom furniture if you need them or if you have any you want to bring, please feel free to. There is also a bathroom which is next to the bedroom and it will be completely yours as I don’t use it. 

The flat is duplex and at the top of the spiral staircase (see pictures for that) it’s my bedroom and an en-suite shower. The flat also has a very spacious open plan kitchen and living area. 

I guess the two things I want to highlight are: 
 1. my bedroom doesn’t have a door so it’s something that you need to be sure you’re happy with. 
 2. I have a very friendly, small whippet who will cuddle you to death most likely so being happy with dogs is another requirement. 

I consider myself clean and organised and I usually cook for an army so most likely I’ll be feeding you 😅 I work from home mon-thurs but happy to go to the office if you want to work from home yourself.
