This is a double bedroom for rent in a two bedroom purpose built flat.

The main family bathroom would be for the successful applicants exclusive use.

The property is well decorated and has a good sized living space and well appointed kitchen.  

Car parking is included at the property.

All bills are included within the advertised rent.

You would be sharing with a single female and her seven year old son (Patience is an employee of mine and works as a pre-school nursery teacher). 

Offering the room on an initial three month basis with the arrangement to be reviewed after that time. Will consider shorter periods but this would potentially need to be at a higher weekly rate.

Current tenant would ideally prefer a female to share with.
