The mobile home is old but in very good shape. We have extensively renovated it and will only take a tenant who will respect the property, will look after it and keep it clean and in good order. To this end we are in no hurry to rent it out, preferring to wait until we find the right tenant.
We have a lot of livestock on the property including a dog and a cat. One small well behaved dog or cat is a possibility but definitely no more than that.
The successful applicant must be fully employed, have own transport, at least two references, and be comfortable living in the country. We are not isolated and are only a mile from the busy village of Kirlby Malzeard, but we are slightly off the beaten track down a farm lane.
